Leiron, a limniad Prince of the West kingdom and Leader of the West Ocean Guardians, has been accused of cheating on his mate, Melissa, a former land walker, after members of the public saw Melissa in her limniad form, thinking she was another female. After Heldar, a limniad elder and Melissa, in her land walker form, reassures the people, Leiron questions his ability of being a good mate and future King of the West.
Heldar reveals the history of the armband device that allows limniad transform into a land walker. This raises a possible connection to Melissa in more ways than one.
After Brandon escapes from the West’s dungeons, he bumps into Melissa in her limniad form and reveals Barry has located the East kingdom’s majite reserve off the coast of Japan and his plan to mine it and selling it on the black market. Later, Melissa and Leiron discover Barry will also capture and sell the limniad.
Oblivious to dangers the isolated and reserved East kingdom are up against, Leiron, Melissa, and the West Ocean Guardians along with leaders and guardians from the North and South kingdom create an army to save the East.
